Misleading information about available facilities!!! Pool, gym, and spa were closed during my stay, which was quite disappointing given the advertised amenities!!! Air conditioning performed poorly, which made for an uncomfortable experience!!!

We had an enjoyable experience at this hotel! Staff promptly assisted us with our late check-in, making the process smoother than expected. The locations offered delightful breakfast options featuring local favorites, while the clean twin room provided ample space for our family. Just be aware of the one-way street!

Family with children, good match

The marble lobby and chandeliers truly give off a vibe of class! Our room had this amazing view over the park, letting in a lot of natural light, felt great for the kids.

It wasn't cheap, though I thought the value was still acceptable.

It was just a well-suited match for a passing visit in Shkoder with value for money. The hotel lobby bar was nice enough to be used as a coffee shop for locals with sensible prices. Be careful with parking as the street is partially a one-way road.
